Despite continuing efforts by police to curb the problem, graffiti is on the rise in the 49th Precinct, raising concern among community residents and leaders.
Residents were up in arms at the 49th Precinct Community Council meeting on Tuesday, January 31 over the recent rise in graffiti, even in the most unlikely of places, such as the main commercial strip of Morris Park Avenue.
