Joshua Rivera, 36, was found guilty of the shooting death of 21-year-old Leonard Aquino in Woodside on Sept. 19, 1992, but always maintained his innocence.
Rivera pleaded guilty to manslaughter Dec. 21, and was ordered released by Supreme Court Jus
