A vertical college campus will soon rise in Morrisania, changing the landscape in more ways than one.

Boricua College will erect its sixth and largest building on Third Avenue between E. 161st and 163rd streets and expects to open its doors in September 2009. The college, which also has branches in Manhattan and Brooklyn, is headquartered at 3755 Broadway.
