HERSCHELL PROJECT TO LACK PARKING

Zerega residents have recently raised concern that an upcoming health care facility lacks on- and off-site parking, but according to zoning regulations, no parking is required at the site.

Coming as a surprise to neighbors, the future site of the four-story apartment building at 1373 Herschell Street, at the corner of Westchester Avenue, was not a part of the 2006 Zerega rezoning and therefore remains zoned R6.
