COLLEGE POINT — Authorities said a Brooklyn man was arrested on 130th Street July 29 on drunk driving charges after being found passed out behind the wheel of his car.
Police said they found 46-year-old Satnam Singh asleep behind the wheel of his car near the corner of 130th Street and 23rd Avenue at around 2 a.m. after responding to the scene of a minor accident.
