We have finally seen justice meted out this past week. Bernie Madoff has been sent to prison, had his bail revoked and started serving his term of 150 years.
Kudos to the district attorney and Judge Denny Chin for their swift actions. Madoff should never have been allowed to stay under house arrest in his penthouse all these past months.
If that were any one of us, we would have been in prison a long time ago.
