QUEENS VILLAGE — A Queens Village woman allegedly banged on a man’s door and window until she broke the window glass at about 2 p.m. May 22, according to the Queens district attorney.
Kenisha Barton, 20, allegedly banged on John Smith’s door repeatedly and Smith refused to answer, the DA said. She then proceeded to bang on his kitchen window until the glass broke, the DA said.
Barton was charged with criminal mischief and was released on her own recognizance. She will appear in court again July 6, the DA said.
