2 Jamaica girls went missing in the Bronx

BRONX — The police have asked for the public’s help in locating two sisters from Jamaica who went reported missing Saturday while visiting their grandmother.

Taniah, 13, and Chantal, 12, Jackson were at her apartment on Unionport Road in Parkchester when they left to go to a local pizzeria around 7 p.m., the authorities said.

They were not seen again, according to police.

Both girls lived at 106th Avenue and 155th Street in Jamaica, investigators said.

Taniah is described as 5 feet 3 inches tall, approximately 135 pounds and was last seen wearing a blue jumpsuit and silver shoes. Chantal is described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, approximately 135 pounds and was last seen wearing a black and yellow T-shirt and dark jeans.
