RIDGEWOOD — Rape and felony sex assault charges were dropped against a city school safety agent after his accuser backed off her story, according to police.
Cops say Tommy Johnson, 28, remains charged with misdemeanor assault in the alleged fight at the woman’s Brooklyn apartment March 31.
But cops also said a search of the man’s Queens address produced a pair of illegal firearms, resulting in two felony charges for gun possession.
Johnson was suspended from his job and is due back in court on gun charges May 8. He is due back in Brooklyn court on the misdemeanor charge May 9.
