RIDGEWOOD — Police were asking for the public’s help in locating two men who are wanted in connection with an attempted robbery and criminal impersonation in the 104th Precinct near Cypress Avenue.
Police said the two men gained entry into a 49-year-old man’s home by pretending to be police officers. Though they were armed with guns, they fled the home without any property, cops said.
The first suspect is described as Hispanic and wearing a gray zipper sweater and sweatshirt, dark jeans and a black and gray baseball cap, and the second suspect is described as Hispanic and wearing a light gray jacket, white shirt, blue jeans and a gray and black baseball cap, police said.
