A 37-year-old man is accused of sexually abusing a 40-year-old disabled woman in the women’s bathroom at Resorts World Feb. 2, police said.

The Queens district attorney’s office charged Frank Wood with sexual abuse, attempted rape and criminal sexual act after an eyewitness allegedly heard Wood tell the victim, “Don’t tell anybody,” watched him leave and then discovered the woman naked in a bathroom stall, at 110-00 Rockaway Blvd., according to the criminal complaint.

The Aqueduct Racetrack and Resorts World share the 110-00 Rockaway Blvd. address, but police said the incident occurred on the racino’s property.

The victim’s mother described her daughter as having the mental capacity of a 2-year-old, according to the complaint.

Wood is scheduled to appear in court March 3.

His attorney did not immediately return calls for comment.

Are you kidding me from Queens says:
Okay, what was someone with the mental capacity of a 2 year old doing alone in the women's room. You would not send a 2 year old in there by herself, why was this women sent? But I am sure they will sue and get a nice settlement. Always someone else's fault, never yours.

Too many sickos live in this world. Didn't she have a caretaker though watching after her? If these sickos would sexually harass little children, what makes anyone think that a mentally disabled person can't be sexually harassed? I mean there are plenty of sick f***s in this world!

anon1 from queens says:
Only a male would blame a female as being her fault that she is raped or abused. The person going into the ladies room must have been mentally stable enough to go in there on her own. It is evident that the guy must have been watching her going in and felt he could take advantage of the situation. Frank Wood needs to have some wood pounded up his ass, frankly.

Joe Moretti from Jamaica says:
I do have to question as well why the mother would allow someone who has the mental capacity of a two year old, go into the restroom by herself. I mean would you let a two year old use the restroom by herself. No one is blaming the victim at all, the situation is horrible, but again why let someone like that go into a restroom at a casino alone. I think this is a very legit question.

This resort was a disaster from the get go to begin with. In a not so great part of town with a not so great customer base to begin with. It is pretty much a low class ghetto casino.

Why would someone with a mental capacity of a 2yr old be taken to a casino in the first place

answer from Queens says:
The mother took her there because the mother had no care for her but she wanted to gamble. She is the one most at fault here, the daughter was left alone and could have wandered out of the building into traffic, etc. Years ago I tried to complain to the city about a man who put his disabled parents in an apartment instead of a nursing home, but the city only concentrates on neglected children. Getting back to the racino, there are many security guards there yet a man walked into the ladies room once when I was there. I told him to get out and he did but why was that my job?

Neil Casale from Brooklyn says:
If you have ever been to the casino you can see the element of people who gamble there. But if security pays to much attention to them they would be labeled profilers. I would rather be labeled as a profiler as an incompetent and save that poor girl and to blame her mom is ubserd. How about if it was your daughter?

RAPIST SECURITY SUPERVISOR IS WORKING ATTHIS CASINO HIS NAME IS WILLIAM STRADER SEE BELOW
Managers at the popular Resorts World Casino are alleged to have sexually harassed a security guard and discriminated against her because of her Jamaican nationality, the employee claimed in a lawsuit.

Jacqueline Campbell, 46, said that a male supervisor, William Strader, harassed her while giving her a ride home from the Aqueduct Racetrack betting house in March 2013, demanding a kiss and — after she refused — asking her, “Do you like your job?” according to the suit.

The supervisor then allegedly stopped the car on a dark street, tilted his seat back, unzipped his pants and “physically forced” Campbell to pleasure him with her hand, the suit charges.

The suit, filed in Federal Court on Tuesday, claims that Campbell was subjected to prior discriminatory treatment at the casino because of her nationality.

Campbell, who still works at Resorts World and declined to comment, claimed in the suit she suffers seizures and headaches due to her troubles at the casino.

Campbell said in the suit that she was warned by another guard while she was interviewing for the job that a female manager mistreated Caribbean immigrants, particularly those like herself from Jamaica.

After Campbell was hired in September 2012, the manager allegedly called her and others “stupid-a– Jamaicans,” and once said, “That’s why I don’t like Jamaicans, because they dunce,” according to the suit.

Campbell further alleges that Caribbean guards were given “undesirable duties and tasks.”

According to the suit, the manager — who is not named as a defendant — was terminated from her position.

Strader was criminally charged with harassment and sexual abuse, according to the Queens District Attorney’s office. He is due back in court on June 25, a spokeswoman said. According to the lawsuit, he’s still on the job.

Representatives from Resorts World Casino would not comment on the allegations in the pending lawsuit.

“The company maintains a zero tolerance policy regarding discrimination and harassment, and takes immediate action to address any and all such issues,” a Resorts World spokesman said in a statement.
